OUR COMMUNITY ACTION PLAN (CAP) HIGHLIGHTED THAT OUR COMMUNITY WOULD LIKE OPPORTUNITIES TO COME TOGETHER, TO SOCIALISE AND MAKE CONNECTIONS.
WITH THIS IN MIND, A SMALL GROUP OF VOLUNTEERS ARE MEETING TO PLAN A SERIES OF SOCIAL EVENTS SPREAD ACROSS THE YEAR - WE ARE HOPING TO HAVE A VARIED PROGRAMME WHICH WILL MEAN THAT THERE IS SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE.

Looking to brighten up your garden or stock up your vegetable beds? - join us at Townhead Way from 12 - 4pm for Newstead's plant sale.
Plant donations welcome - if you are dividing your perennials, or thinning out your seedlings, please remember to pot a few extras up for sale at the Newstead plant sale.
A fabulous evening was had by all at the Christmas Carols event on 19th December - with a special guest appearance from Santa who's reindeer were having a rest in the lead up to the big event - thankyou to Eileen Forbes and the Cycling Without Age Scotland Trike, Trimonty, for helping Santa to join us on the night.
Thankyou to our generous community who raised funds through a collection for NVCT and CWAS.
